Jinan, March 16 — The National Bureau of Statistics today released the changes in the sales prices of 70 large and medium-sized cities in February.Among 70 large and medium-sized cities, the sales prices of new commercial and second-hand homes in first-tier cities rose month on month, while those in second – and third-tier cities remained flat or fell month on month.The year-on-year growth in commercial housing prices in first – and second-tier cities fell or remained flat, while those in third-tier cities fell.Our province included in the statistics of Jinan, Qingdao, Yantai, Jining 4 cities of second-hand housing prices have declined last month, including Jinan, Qingdao has declined for six consecutive months.In February, of 70 large and medium-sized cities, 27 and 10 saw month-on-month increases in the sales prices of new commercial homes and second-hand homes, while 40 and 57 saw month-on-month declines.Among the 4 cities in Shandong, new commercial housing, compared with the previous month, Jinan rose by 0.1%, Qingdao was flat, Yantai rose by 0.1%, Jining decreased by 0.6%;Second-hand housing, Jinan fell 0.2%, Qingdao fell 0.1%, Yantai fell 0.6%, Jining fell 0.4%.In February, out of 70 large and medium-sized cities, prices of newly built commercial homes and second-hand homes rose in 46 and 30 cities, respectively, while prices fell in 24 and 39 cities, respectively.Among the four cities in Shandong, the new commercial housing increased 4.8% in Jinan, 3.4% in Qingdao, 0.6% in Yantai and 2.4% in Jining.In terms of second-hand housing, Jinan rose 0.8%, Qingdao 0.8%, Yantai 0.6% and Jining 0.3% yoy.Source: Dazhong Daily
